Workshops and Training to facilitate learning, reflection and creativity
I offer engaging, accessible workshops and trainings that combine therapeutic principles, youth work, creativity and community practice.
Some sessions focus on mental health, relationships or neurodiversity. Others use creative activities such as journalling, zine-making, storytelling or visual arts to encourage reflection, expression and connection. Sessions are designed to be informative, thoughtful and relevant to the needs of the group.
Workshops can be delivered as one-off sessions, short programmes or bespoke training packages.
Creative and reflective workshops for individuals, groups and organisations.
I offer a range of workshops and trainings, including bespoke offerings. Workshops can be creative, educational, reflective - or a combination! Prices start from £120 for groups.
